Abstract:
The project entitled "Swiss-Inn Hotel Kiosk" is kiosk application. This is created for hotel infrastructure consists a lot of information about the hotel, rooms and etc. This kiosk system developed by using Adobe Flash CS6.
The project objective is to develop Swiss-Inn Hotel Kiosk for user especially customers. This project applied visualization in order to help customers to find their location accurately and fast. Therefore, this project objective is to test the effectiveness of the Swiss-Inn Hotel Kiosk. It used functional testing, user feedback and overall testing to test users whether it is effectiveness or otherwise.
Swiss-Inn Hotel Kiosk is available in multimedia elements such as graphic, text, audio and interactive video that make users excited to use it. This system is developed in the form of format (.dwf) file, which allows the system to run the kiosk
