Abstract

Information Resource Centre (IRC) was established in July 1997 aims to provide adequate and up-to-date knowledge and resources to cater for the increasing demands of the clientele. In line with the rapid IT development, IRC is committed to incorporate high-tech and up-to-date IT infrastructure.
