Abstract:
The title of this research is about Religiosity, Knowledge and Service Quality towards Compliance Behavior of Islamic Banking Products and Services among Customers of Islamic Banking in Penang. The problem raised in this study is the importance of Islamic religiosity,knowledge, and service quality towards compliance behavior since every Muslim must use attractive basic products and services. Meanwhile, some scholars said that a lack of knowledge may lead to non-compliance behavior such as not paying tax zakat. Some other related issues on the services quality indicate that customers satisfaction will rise after the consumption of a product or service. The research questions in this study remind the influence of religiosity,knowledge and service quality towards Islamic Banking products and services. So the study has come up with research question such as : Does religiosity influence compliance behavior towards Islamic banking products and services? Next, does knowledge influence compliance behavior towards Islamic banking products and services? And lastly, does the services quality influence compliance behavior towards Islamic banking products and services?
