This study aims to analyze the Islamic work ethic as a mediator of the influence of compensation, career development, work environment, leadership, organizational culture, religiosity on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau Province in order to face competition, Islamicbanking needs to develop human resources who have skills so that they can reliable. This research uses the Structure Equation Model (SEM) by analyzing the facts that have occurred. In this study, primary data was collected using a questionnaire with a total of 288 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of Islamic Commercial Banks in Riau Province, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Muammalat, BTPN Syariah, Bank BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah. .The impact of the results of this study In general, performance can be improved by managing the potential of each employee as well as possible. Employees must be given space and opportunity to excel and perform more optimally. The predicate of humans as social beings, so that everyone wants to get attention at work, a friendly climate in their careers, organizational culture, a work environment that supports each other in doing work and is supported by an attitude that is in accordance with the Islamic Work Ethic. The performance of the individual can be further improved which will lead to a better performance of the Islamic bank organization.

<summary type="text">Corporate Governance and Corporate Social  Responsibility Performance: The Moderating Roles of Dividend Payout in Sharia Compliance Companies in Malaysia.

This paper investigates the moderating roles of dividends in sustaining the Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility performance of Malaysian Companies using 209 annual reports of Sharia index companies of Bursa Malaysia in 2012 by employed Hierarchical Regression Analysis. Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility indices were developed and adopted with several modifications from Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG) which is based on the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance (MCCG) 2012. It was found that the Dividend (DPAY) significantly moderates the relationships between the Corporate Governance Index (CGI) and performance (Tobin’s Q) but did not moderate the relationships between Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSRI) and performance (Tobin’s Q). This study clarified that Dividend pay- out reflects negatively on the relationship between CG good practice and performance which indicated that Dividend Payout is not a motivational tool that can influence the company's performance directly when the company sustained good corporate governance in a positive way.

During COVID-19 pandemic, construction industries faced a crucial financial crisis of rapid &#13;
capital outflow slipping out of normal equilibrium including high liquidity and unstable &#13;
exchange rates fluctuation. The disruption of financial distress of construction companies &#13;
required the government to react aggressively to resurgent economic recovery for future &#13;
growth through stabilizing the economy and monetary policies.  Malaysia Economic Recovery &#13;
Plan works as an essential driver to reshape the Government's versatility to overcome the &#13;
effect of COVID-19 pandemic toward financial calamity and the global financial crisis. This &#13;
study will identify the overall framework for sustaining the survivability of construction &#13;
companies in Malaysia during COVID-19 pandemic by analyzing the strength and weaknesses &#13;
of Malaysian construction companies.  This study will provide strategic options that could &#13;
apply to address the gaps through innovation management policies towards the Malaysian &#13;
Economic Recovery Plan during pre and post COVID-19 in sustaining the survivability of &#13;
construction industries' performance. This study will form a basis for designing future &#13;
research to improve the Malaysian construction industry's sustainability.

Pembelian dan penjualan atas talian telah menjadi suatu norma baru semenjak arahan kerajaan melaksanakan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) yang menyebabkan pusat perniagaan ditutup. Oleh itu, satu kajian telah dilaksanakan bagi mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna dalam membuat keputusan pembelian secara atas talian di kalangan penduduk di sekitar Ayer Hitam, Kedah. Terdapat empat faktor yang menjadi fokus kajian ini iaitu kepercayaan, kemudahan, paparan produk dan maklumat lengkap produk. Seramai 50 orang responden yang dipilih secara secara rawak dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan bertujuan. Kaedah tinjauan melalui edaran borang kaji selidik kepada 50 orang responden yang berada di sekitar kawasan Ayer Hitam, Kedah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan empat faktor ini mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan pembelian atas talian. Faktor paparan produk mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi kepada keputusan pembelian atas talian, diikuti dengan faktor kemudahan dan maklumat lengkap produk dengan nilai signifikasi bawah 0.01. Manakala faktor kepercayaan mempunyai nilai signifikasi bawah 0.10. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan kepercayaan, kemudahan, paparan produk dan maklumat lengkap produk mempengaruhi pembelian atas talian penduduk luar bandar seperti di Ayer Hitam, Kedah.
