أثار استخدام الألعاب التربوية في غرس القيم الإسلامية لدى الطلاب MOHAMED HAMED MOHAMED SAID تكمن أهمية البحث في أنه يقدم ممارسة تخدم في غرس القيم التربوية من خلال التعلم باللعب ، كما يساهم في زيادة إقبال الطلاب على الأنشطة التربوية ، ويهدف البحث إلى تقديم وسائل عصرية تسهم في تربية الطلاب بالوسائل المحببة إليهم خاصة بعد ملاحظة عزوف الطلاب عن الأنشطة التربوية التقليدية . وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي والتجريبي أثناء الدراسة ، وقد أوضح الباحث في بحثه المصطلحات الخاصة بالبحث والدراسة ، كما أوضح شروط اللعبة التربوية المناسبة مع توضيح أهمية التعلم باللعب لهذا الجيل الصاعد ، وقد عرض الباحث في الدراسة عددا من الألعاب التربوية المقترحة والتي تم تنفيذها على مجموعة من الطلاب تسهيلا على المربين الذين يريدون اعتماد التربية باللعب في مناشطهم ، وكانت نتائج الممارسة متطابقة مع فروض الدراسة ؛ حيث ساهمت إستراتيجية التربية باللعب بشكل كبير وملحوظ في جذب الطلاب للأنشطة التربوية ؛ مما أدى لذلك لغرس القيم الفاضلة في نفوس الطلاب عن طريق الوسائل المحببة إليهم ، ولقد قدم الباحث في نهاية البحث توصيات عديدة منها حث مدارس المرحلة الإبتدائية والإعدادية على الاهتمام بغرس القيم عن طريق الأنشطة التربوية التي تعتمد على التربية باللعب والتي تراعي الفروق الفردية بين المتربين وأقترح الباحث في نهاية البحث عدة عناوين مقترحة للباحثين لخدمة الميدان التربوي الذي ينتظر أي غيث علمي ليثمر في تربة الأمة من كل إنجاز بهيج.

The environment is their home and their life, in which they live and die. Islamic law warns against environmental degradation and causing harm to it. The environment is not exclusive to humans alone; other creatures such as animals, plants, and inanimate objects share it. Preserving the environment is one of the highest objectives of Islamic law, through preserving it in a person's self and their wealth. The methodology used in this research is descriptive-analytic, and it aims to prove how all legislations prioritize the human environment and how divine legislations aim to preserve it throughout all stages of life. The research is limited to the human environment and its different stages of life. One of the most important findings of the research is that all mechanisms for preserving the human environment aim to care for human beings, regardless of gender or race, as everyone is equal before the law. And from the most important recommendations of the research is that the researcher recommends that individuals, institutions, and governments should prioritize vital issues that serve humanity, such as caring for the environment and its vital problems. The research is divided into three sections, a conclusion, and indexes.

Animal Protection through Islamic Shariah Dr. Mohamed Hamed Mohamed Said; Dr. Shaaban Abdelhameed Refae Mohamed; Professor Dr. Anwar Mahmoud Al-Morsi Khattab This research aims to address animal protection and highlight ways to preserve it, and its impact on the environment in general, to achieve the required ecological balance. The problem with this research lies in many people's lack of awareness of Islamic law's stance on animals, its unique approach to their protection, and avoiding harm to them while preserving them. The importance of the research lies in demonstrating the Islamic law's concern for animals, and how it preceded all human laws in ensuring their rights and protection from all forms of assault. The research adopted an inductive method in collecting the subject's vocabulary by referring to the Quran and Sunnah, and the most famous books of the imams and scholars who addressed this issue. The research also adopted a descriptive-analytical method in analyzing texts, highlighting their universal relationships, extracting principles and rules to regulate this issue, and demonstrating its features. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: that Islamic law preceded all laws and situational studies in protecting animals and ensuring their rights, including the right to life, care, and compassion, and preventing any form of assault on these rights. Also, protecting animals and preserving them is one of the causes of stability and ecological balance that the world is striving to achieve. The study recommends the importance of paying attention to animals as one of the most important elements of the environment, conducting research studies on how to protect and preserve them, creating natural reserves to protect rare species from extinction, providing veterinary care, and other means that ensure animal protection to achieve ecological balance.

The research includes talking about the botanical environment in the country of Malaysia and the ways of conserving it within our contemporary life as the man can't do without the botanical environmental as it is the one that protects him from the sun's heat and from the winter's coldness and it is the reason for feeding the mankind sometimes in a direct way and in other times by an indirect way. And for the approach that I relied on, it is the analytical descriptive approach that aims at analyzing the transferred texts and ideas and transferring the Malaysian experience in the way of conserving the botanical environment. The research aims at proving the care of the country of Malaysia towards the botanical environment and their looking after it and issuing laws for conserving them despite the variety of its shapes and its colors difference. Regarding the research limits, it is represented in the ways of conserving the botanical environment through the legislations and the laws issued by the country to protect them and from the most important research results for which the researcher reached is working on collecting the rain water with making use of it in enlarging the planting of the trees and the fruitful and non-fruitful plants as every one of that has enormous benefits and that's after reclaiming and paving the land and reviving the dead from it and punishing whoever cut the trees and burn the palm trees with no necessity of that and working on reforming the tillage and the off-spring but not corruption. From the most important recommendations of the research is that the researcher recommends the entire individuals, the governments, the private associations to take care of the vital objects in which there is a service for the humanity like caring for the environment by its general and comprehensive concept for the entire aspects of life and its vital problems including the botanical environment as it has great goodness for the human environment and also the animal environment.
