The utilization of digital platforms by small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs has the potential to enhance business competitiveness, foster sustainability, and augment profitability. Nevertheless, there exists a cohort of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs who have yet to fully exploit the potential of digital platforms. Furthermore, there are even individuals within this group who lack the incentive to incorporate digital platforms into their business operations. The objective of this study is to utilize the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to forecast the determinants that impact the adoption of digital platforms among female entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the state of Kedah. In order to achieve these objectives, a quantitative research approach was employed. A survey instrument was employed to collect data from a sample of 440 participants, specifically individuals who identified as owners or managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The employed sample methodology was purposive sampling. Subsequently, the data underwent analysis utilizing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that several variables, including performance expectancy, social influence, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions, exert a substantial influence on the behavioral intention of female entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the state of Kedah to use digital platforms. The findings of this study hold significant implications for governments, business support organizations, and creators of digital platforms. It is crucial to incorporate these research findings into the development of interventions and strategies that aim to enhance the effective utilization of digital platforms among women entrepreneurs.

Servant Leadership and proactive Personality as Impetus for Teacher’s Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Asnani Bahari Transformation in the national education, a dynamic education environment, and limited resource capability do not allow schools to function effectively if teachers are solely working on their own tasks. Hence, the educational sector greatly depends on teachers who are willing to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviour which is discretionary behaviour beyond their own tasks. Particularly, this study aims to investigate the influence of servant leadership and proactive personality on organizational citizenship behaviour. In this research, a total of 610 questionnaires were distributed to the public secondary school teachers in Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Perak. From the total, only 466 samples were used for analysis purposes. The partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was employed to analyse the relationships between the variables. The result revealed that servant leadership and proactive personality have a positive and significant direct influence on organizational citizenship behaviour. Therefore, the findings suggested that school leaders and policymakers to emphasise the servant leadership practice among the principals and encourage teachers to be more proactive in improving the organizational citizenship behaviour.

Factors Affecting Performance of Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) Pendang Branch Zahairi Ramlee; Asnani binti Bahari, Dr. This study aims to determine which predictors influence the performance of Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) Pendang Branch. This research focuses on four variables that influence Sahabat performance: age, geography, marital status, and engagement period. The study's sample was drawn from the AIM Pendang branch, which covers operational blocks in Ayer Puteh, Kubur Panjang, Padang Durian, Padang Kerbau, Padang Pusing, Pokok Tai, Sungai Tiang, Tanah Merah, Tobiar, and Tokai. The data for the analysis came from the Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia Pendang Branch database and the Sahabat Financial System (SAFIS) database. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing in version 20 of the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The result suggest that geography is significant to performance, while age, marital status, and period of engagement are not. In conclusion, the geography factor has an impact on the performance of the Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) Pendang Branch. Future research should, as a recommendation, cover the entire state of Kedah.

Aplikasi Model UTAUT Untuk Platform Digital Usahawan PKS Milikan Wanita Asnani binti Bahari, Dr.; Norzaila Mohamad Nor; Wan Mahani Abdullah Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS) memainkan peranan yang penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi negara. Penggunaan platform digital dalam kalangan usahawan PKS dapat membantu perniagaan menjadi lebih berdaya saing, lestari dan mencatatkan keuntungan. Namun terdapat usahawan PKS yang masih tidak berupaya untuk memaksimumkan penggunaan platform digital, malah ada yang tidak terdorong untuk menggunakan platform digital dalam urusan perniagaan mereka. Oleh itu, kajian literatur dijalankan untuk mengenalpasti evolusi model pengukuran penggunaan sebenar platform digital dalam kalangan usahawan PKS. Artikel ini menggunakan Teori Gabungan Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Teknologi (UTAUT) untuk menjelaskan penggunaan platform digital oleh usahawan PKS di zon utara. Hasil kajian ini diharap dapat memberi manfaat kepada usahawan PKS, agensi-agensi khidmat sokongan PKS, pembina polisi dan pembangunan program PKS berkaitan kepentingan platform digital dalam aktiviti perniagaan pada masa kini.
