منهج السنة النبوية في الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية؛ فيروس كورونا "كوفيد 19" نموذجا Shaaban Abdel Hameed Rafae يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على قضية من القضايا التي باتت حديث العالم ومنتهى تطلعاته؛ ألا وهي قضية الوقاية من الأمراض والأوبئة المعدية، خاصة مع تفشي وباء كورونا الذي أصبح يهدد العالم ، وبيان منهج السنة النبوية في التحذير من الأمراض المعدية، ووضع الضوابط والأسس التي تضمن الوقاية منها، وذلك من خلال المبادئ التي أرستها، ونادت بها والتطبيقات العملية التي ذكرتها، كما أنه يعالج إشكالية ظهور فيروس کورونا وانتشاره في أرجاء الأرض، وما صاحبه من أحوال وتغيرات، وتأثير على الحياة العامة، مما استدعى موقفاً علمياً من أهل الاختصاص، وبحثاً علمياً يوضح منهج السنة المطهرة في الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية ومنها هذا الفيروس. وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث في الحاجه إلى تحرير مصطلح الأمراض المعدية، وبيان ضرورة وحتمية الوقاية منها، وبيان المنهج الشامل للسنة النبوية المطهرة في تحقيق ذلك. وقد اعتُمِدَ في البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع مفردات الموضوع بالرجوع إلى السنة المطهرة وأشهر كتب الأئمة والعلماء الذين عنوا بقضايا صحة الإنسان في ضوء السنة النبوية المطهرة، كما اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل النصوص وبيان العلاقات الجامعة بينها واستخلاص الضوابط والقواعد التي استخلصها العلماء من السنة النبوية لضبط هذه القضية، وإبراز معالمها، ثم ذكر بعض التطبيقات من سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مما يعتبر تطبيقاً عملياً لها. ومن نتائج البحث المتوقعة: أن السنة المطهرة هي مفتاح العطاء ونبراس الهدى بها تفسير وهداية لكل مجريات الأمور، وأن قضية الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية حظيت بجانب كبير من اهتمامها، وأنه يجب على الأمة الإسلامية أفراداً وجماعات الإلمام بالتناول النبوي لقضايا صحة الإنسان، وعلى رأسها قضية الوقاية من الأمراض والأوبئة المعدية.

Dr. Omar Abdul Fattah Mohammed Ibrahim This research aims to shed light on the methodology of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah in protecting women from harm, whether material or psychological. It also addresses the problem faced by Muslim women who are exposed to various forms of social harm resulting from the incorrect understanding of the teachings of our true religion that guarantees women the right to protection from all types of harm. The research highlights the importance of identifying women's rights to protection from harm, the most common forms of injustice and social harm they face, and the Islamic methodology for protecting them from harm. The research adopted an inductive methodology to collect the subject's vocabulary by referring to the most famous books written by scholars who dealt with the issue of women in general and the specific issue of harm. The research also used a descriptive analytical approach to analyze texts, identify the comprehensive relationships between them, extract rules and regulations formulated by scholars to regulate this issue, and highlight its features. The research concluded several important results, including that Islam guarantees women the right to security in all aspects of life, politically, intellectually, socially, economically, environmentally, physically, psychologically, and beyond. Women's right to a safe life free from all forms of harm, violence, and abuse is an inherent and established right in the Quran, Sunnah, and the consensus of the Muslim community. The research also found that women are exposed to various forms of social harm, including physical harm such as beating, rape, and harassment, and moral harm such as desertion in bed, in speech, and others. The research recommends the necessity of conducting research and studies that monitor all forms of harm that women face and developing necessary solutions and mechanisms to eliminate them. The research also recommends that all religious and social institutions play their roles in defining women's right to a safe and secure life and warning against any form of harm inflicted upon them.

The world is witnessing rapid and noticeable climate changes, and the entire world is suffering from their effects which has led many international, regional, and local organizations to seek to overcome this problem and reduce its damage, especially in developing countries, that are more vulnerable to the harmful effects of climate change. The importance of this research lies in the need to clarify the term "environmental change" and the danger of its resulting damages to human and other societies, and to explain the comprehensive methodology of the prophetic sunnah in achieving environmental awareness. The research relied on the inductive approach in collecting the subject's vocabulary by referring to the Holy Qura'n and Sunnah, and the most famous books of the imams and scholars who dealt with environmental issues. It also relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in analyzing texts and demonstrating the universal relationships between them, extracting rules and regulations that scientists have derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah to regulate this issue, and highlighting its features. Then, the research mentioned some applications of the Prophet's Sunnah, which are considered practical applications of it. The research concluded with results, including that the prophetic Sunnah provides a solution to most of life's problems and offers multiple benefits to humanity, and that environmental preservation has received great attention from the prophetic Sunnah and represents one of the legitimate purposes. The research recommends the necessity of Islamic institutions to play their role in consolidating Islamic values related to environmental preservation in speech and action, and the necessity of studying prophetic directives and guidance contained in the sayings and actions of the Prophet, peace be upon him, to benefit from them in the areas of environmental protection and maintenance.

Today, we are in great need of finding a new approach to moral development in our society, based on giving some moral constants new meanings or special attention to some of their connotations, in order to alleviate the severity of the backwardness and moral collapse that are affecting our communities. The problem of the research lies in what some believe in the possibility of reforming without relying on the Quran, considering it no longer suitable to keep up with the times, justifying this by the difference in the environment and nature that accompanied the revelation of the Quran from the environment and nature of this time. The importance of the research lies in demonstrating the importance of ethics in our lives and the role of Quranic values in developing them. The research relied on the inductive method in collecting the vocabulary of the topic by referring to the Quran, Sunnah, and the most famous books of scholars who addressed ethical issues. It also relied on the descriptive-analytical method in analyzing texts, highlighting the comprehensive relationships between them, and extracting the guidelines and rules to regulate this issue and highlight its features. The study has reached several important results, including: that the world's current turmoil and anxiety is primarily due to the exclusion and elimination of virtuous ethics and ideal values from organizing human life, that the Quran is suitable for every time and place and is the basis for any social reform that humans seek to achieve, and that Quranic injunctions have a clear impact on the development of the ethical aspect that represents the origin and foundation of this religion. The study recommends the necessity of working to restore the system of moral values by reviving these values in our minds and hearts first, and then working diligently to apply them in our contemporary reality. It also recommends the necessity of Islamic institutions playing their role in consolidating Islamic values by highlighting the Quran's concern for these values and its methodology in developing them through its commands and injunctions. Finally, the study recommends further research to demonstrate the Quran's approach in developing ethics through its never-ending guidance.
