In this paper, we reviewed the dimensions of the Malaysian experience in preparing and rehabilitating those who are about to get married, which is called (the marriage license). The success achieved by that experience within the Malaysian society, in which the divorce rate - at one time - reached nearly 32%. After applying this experience in Malaysia, the divorce rate decreased to 7%. This confirms the importance of preparing and qualifying those who are about to get married of both sexes (male and female); achieves stability within the family, which is one of the building blocks of society. It included the Malaysian experience, which came after an extensive scientific study that includes many scientific programs that would achieve a happy family climate. These programs included a package of psychological rehabilitation programs, social preparation, religious preparation, in addition to economic preparation. This package of rehabilitation programs came in order to advance the Malaysian family and seek to eliminate and reduce the
phenomenon of divorce within Malaysian society. In this study, we relied on the inductive approach as well as the analytical approach to reach a statement of the dimensions of this unique experience and the success achieved in the Malaysian society, and how to benefit from it globally, with the aim of achieving stability within the family in general. This is done through two chapters and a conclusion.

The family is the first building block of human society. For this reason, the Islamic Shari'a
focused on setting the rules and regulations that regulate the building of the Muslim family.
The study aims to explain the importance of preparing and qualifying those who are about to
get married, and the needs required in this qualification. The study used the inductive method
in examining the needs required to build an integrated program for qualifying those about to
get married. The study was organized into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and
an index of the most important sources and references. One of the most important results of
the study was the necessity of activating and revitalizing programs related to preparing those
about to get married. This is through integrated scientific preparation, which achieves stability
within the Muslim family.

Health care is one of the most important aspects that a person needs in this universe. The problem of health care for orphans arose to preserve their health and protect them through appropriate vaccination and protection for them and to achieve full health care for orphans, which is provided to them through orphan institutions of all kinds, whether they are civil or governmental, local or international, and the research included three sections and a conclusion. The first topic: the interest of Islamic law in health care for orphans. Islam, as is well known, paid great attention to the orphan, and gave it special care. Taking into account his difficult circumstances by losing his father, because by losing his father, he will suffer some humiliation and break. Therefore, God Almighty urged the able Muslims from among the people of righteousness and charity to sponsor the orphan, be kind to him and be sympathetic to him, and made their sponsorship of the orphan one of the medicines that treat the diseases of the human soul. The second topic: Prevention is better than cure, health is among the
blessings that God Almighty bestowed upon His servants; Because health enables a person to
perform the acts of worship and obedience that God Almighty has commanded those in charge in the correctmanner. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, referred
to the importance of the blessing of health and wellness in more than one hadith. The third
topic: the order to treat diseases and maintain the health of the orphan.
