The purpose of this study is to identify the role of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and Islamic religiosity towards compliance behavior of Islamic banking products among individual private sector business owners in Sungai Petani Kedah, Malaysia, the study adapts quantitative approach with 150 sets of questionnaires distributed amongst sample respondents. All data are analyzed using software of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPS5.17) by conducting various statistical methods to achieve the objectives of this study. A conceptual framework is constructed based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TB) by adding one new exterior variable, namely Islamic religiosity to further explain the intention to use Islamic banking products, the results showed that all the variables are positively correlated with the compliance behavior to use Islamic bank products, meanwhile, based on the findings of the study, it has shown that Islamic religiosity is the only determinant and most significant factor than other three factors at the significant level of “0.05 > 0.047”. However, attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control are found to be insignificant predictors of Islamic bank products compliance behavior, finally, the outcomes of this study may present recommendations to Islamic banks concerning adjustments and changes needed in order to increase the chances of customers choosing products offered by Islamic banks. Moreover, thus will also enable the bank managers to modify their marketing effort in line with attracting more customers in the future. Other than that. This study also assists to improve the research of Islamic banking and finance and thereby promote more discussions on this area.

The study aimed to investigate the customer's perception toward Musharaka Mutanaqisa in housing financing in Kano Metropolitan area Kano State Nigeria, The study used Awareness, Religiosity, and Price in measuring the explained variable which is customer's perception toward Musharaka Mutanaqisa in housing financing. Data collected using hand delivery questionnaire survey approach. Using simple random sampling procedure, three hundred and fourteen (314) respondents both male and female were selected and to participate in this study. Pearson correlation, Factor analysis, Reliability test and multiple regression method of data analysis were used for hypotheses testing. All the results revealed a positive relationship between the independent variables (IV) and the dependent Variable (DV). The multiple regression results indicate that Religiosity and Awareness factors jointly explained 91.5% of customer's perception toward Musharaka Mutanaqisa in housing financing.

The Islamic comprehensive planning, management and distribution of inheritance asset which is also called as will (wasiyyah) package which include Islamic will (wasiyyah), perpetual charitable donation (waqf), gift (hibah) and Islamic Law of Inheritance (faraid) is a wealth planning package, meaning to serve the property or wealth management of the people (ummah) especially after one's death. The issue of unclaimed assets accumulated year by year was very alarming in Malaysia and the value of unclaimed assets was estimated around RM60 billion in the year of 2016. Thus, this research will focus on the description of adoption of will (wasiyyah) package among Muslims particularly in Penang. This research will critically discuss the literature review related to this topic. The research uses Perception, Knowledge. Life Events, Assets Wealth Management and Organizations or Institutional Factors as the independent Variables and The Adoption on will (wasiyyah) package among Muslims in Penang as Independent Variable. Finally, this study also provides conclusion on the objectives of the research and recommendation on approaches to improve and increase the participation of government, the relevant organizations and the people of Malaysia particularly the Muslims in their participation on the planning, administration and distribution of inheritance assets.

Mobile Money Financial Service is a relatively new model of finance that evolved quite recently. Much of its success has been noted in developing countries. The main dynamics of mobile money financial service is to cater to primarily three groups of individual namely the unbanked but mobile population; previously banked population and otherwise unbanked population. Based on several researches that have been undertaken in this area; most have clearly identified the target groups to be people with less money and are unable to qualify for formal banking practices. Furthermore, the purpose or the underlying task of this research is to understand 4 underlying concepts related to whether Mobile Money financial service can be incorporated into the world of Islamic finance, Banking and Economics. The way this research is designed will help examine this project from the following dimensions; Firstly, to understand if the existing user profile of Mobile money financial services; this aspect will enable us to understand how mobile money is used, how long have they used the service, why they is being used and to gauge personal understanding or whether their understanding of MMFS is sharia compliant. Secondly, to determine if the service can be Islamic through examination of the service features such as; from the operator point of view, its agents, users, and on the different types of contracts available. Lastly, to find out all the other benefits of MMES that can enhance in the development of a slowly progressing nation. Data for this research is acquired in two phases; in phase I, secondary research where all relevant information is gathered through secondary sources while in Phase II. a primary quantitative research is carried out to understand attitudes and perceptions among customers of MMFS. Data was analyzed using statistical tools and content analysis where end results will be projected using graphs and other tabulations
